Flemish painters Jean Malouel, Henri Bellechose and Melchior Broederlam, French painter Jean de Beaumetz and Flemish sculptor Claus Sluter worked on a decoration of the Carthusian monastery of Champmol (near Dijon), the biggest patronage work of Philip the Bold, finished after his death in 1415.
