 |  |  | | The two wings of an altarpiece are each composed of five small panels painted on both sides. On the front side is the legend of Saint Ursula (eight panels), the Church or the New Testament and the Synagogue or the Old Testament (two panels on top). When the altarpiece is closed the panels show grisailles with the Annunciation, four evangelists and four doctors of the church (Jerome, Gregory, Augustine, Ambrose). |
